To launch citizenM’s 2024 sale, along with citizenM’s internal Brand Marketing team, I was responsible for conceptualising and art directing the digital campaign for Black Friday.

Given the overwhelming number of sales campaigns during the Black Friday period, we wanted to ensure that ours stood out. The central theme of the campaign was to emphasise rest and relaxation, offering a moment of respite for guests in the midst of the Black Friday frenzy. We created a series of assets that served as teaser, launch, and 'last chance' messages, guiding our audience through each phase of the campaign.
The campaign was rolled out across social media, newsletters, and paid display advertising, maximising reach and impact and achieving nearly €6 million in direct booking revenue.
